Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Plant Issue Resolution Engineer for Fremont, CA, to ensure vehicle build readiness of autonomous systems. You will lead triage and containment of issues in assembly and end-of-line testing, drive root cause analysis across design, process, and supplier domains, and implement durable corrective actions.

The role requires strong engineering depth and collaboration in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Knowledge of OEM electrical systems, wiring and controllers.
• Cross-functional collaboration and fast-paced execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead triage, containment, and resolution of issues in assembly and testing.
• Define containment actions, rework plans, and part quarantine.
• Drive cross-functional root cause analyses across domains.
• Support permanent corrective actions and manufacturability improvements.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to track issue health and closure rates.
