You will apply your five+ years of experience in battery systems and E/E architecture to develop and validate electromechanical components, lead root-cause analyses, and collaborate with a global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of automotive component development experience, preferably in battery systems or electromechanical components.
• Strong knowledge of battery management systems and electromechanical technologies.
• Solid understanding of automotive E/E architecture, EMC, FMEA, and packaging constraints.
• Experience with validation processes and supplier management.
• Familiarity with quality tools, methodologies, and customer claim management.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and technical documentation.
