Job summary

Automotive Aftermarket Services LLC in Houston is seeking an experienced automotive glass professional to move from installer to General Manager leadership role and help grow the business.

This role will lead the glass installation team, oversee daily operations, ensure safety and quality, provide hands-on installation support, and mentor installers while focusing on customer service and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Professional automotive glass installation experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of windshield, door glass, and back glass replacement.

This is more than an installer position. We’re looking for someone who understands automotive glass installation firsthand and can use that experience to lead a team, oversee day-to-day operations, maintain high quality standards, and help build a growing glass business.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

Automotive Glass Installation Experience Is Required For This Position.

We’re looking for someone who knows the industry and understands what it takes to complete a quality installation—not simply someone with general management experience.

Ideal Candidates Will Have

• Professional automotive glass installation experience
• Strong knowledge of windshield, door glass, and back glass replacement
• Leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred
• Experience with both mobile and in-shop automotive glass operations
• ADAS calibration knowledge or experience is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead and hold a team accountable while maintaining a positive work environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
