Job summary

Latitude AI is building a world-class safety-centric ADAS platform for Ford’s autonomous roadmap. We seek a seasoned professional to own the safety case framework, perform formal analyses, and lead the software safety architecture on SOCs to ensure ISO-26262 compliance and ASIL D delivery.

You will collaborate with safety, software, and systems teams, guiding traceability from requirements to design and running safety committee reviews to maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in an engineering field with relevant experience in safety-critical software.
• 7+ years of experience in functional safety or automotive safety domains.
• Experience with ISO-26262 or similar standards and ASIL-D products.

Responsibilities

• Own the safety case framework and ensure traceability across the organization.
• Develop technical content supporting safety case claims and evidence.
• Perform functional safety analyses (HARA, FMEA, FTA, DFA).
• Collaborate with product teams to support non-functional safety claims (Perception V&V).
• Lead safety architecture development for safety monitors on high-performance SOCs.
• Drive internal and external safety committee reviews.
