Job summary

Beldens Automotive and Tires - San Pedro, a GreatWater Garage, seeks a Master/Diagnostic Automotive Technician to solve complex vehicle issues with honesty and craftsmanship.

You will diagnose advanced electrical and engine performance problems, mentor newer technicians, and perform Digital Vehicle Inspections in a shop that respects your expertise. This on-site role in San Antonio offers modern tools, ongoing training, competitive pay based on productivity, and a team-first culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an A-Level Diagnostic Technician.
• Current valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• All 8 ASE certifications preferred (A1–A8).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair advanced electrical and engine performance issues.
• Diagnose fuel, ignition, and drivability systems.
• Diagnose and repair 4WD / AWD drivetrain systems.
• Perform advanced steering, suspension, and brake system repairs.
• Perform advanced HVAC diagnostics and repair.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and provide accurate recommendations.
• Mentor and support less experienced technicians.
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
