Job summary

GreatWater Garage is seeking an experienced Master / Diagnostic Automotive Technician for the Boerne shop. Expect to diagnose and repair complex electrical and engine issues, support drivability systems, and mentor peers in a hands-on, team-first environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, high-quality repairs, and honest service within a neighborhood-style shop backed by a growing network. Competitive pay reflects productivity and ASE expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as A-Level Diagnostic Technician.
• All 8 ASE certifications preferred (A1–A8).
• Valid driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair advanced electrical and engine performance issues.
• Diagnose fuel, ignition, and drivability systems.
• Diagnose and repair 4WD / AWD drivetrain systems.
• Perform advanced steering, suspension, and brake system repairs.
• Perform advanced HVAC diagnostics and repair.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and provide accurate recommendations.
• Mentor and support less experienced technicians.
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
