Description

OMH OPHE requires a skilled consultant to test the PSYCKES application suite and work with critical HL7 FHIR interoperability applications and services. The Expert IT Specialist helps to maintain current applications crossing over multiple program areas. The individual will be responsible for conducting all aspects of quality assurance work of OMH OPHE Interoperability applications and services.

Duties

• Design and develop test artifacts such as test strategy, test scenarios, traceability matrix, and functional test plan.
• Test API and FHIR resources; create SQL queries to verify data.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Analyze requirements, execute test cases, and work with data management for test data.
• Review release notes, analyze failures, and report defects using testing tools like HP ALM/QC, QTP/UFT, Katalon Studio, Selenium, and SoapUI.
• Create test execution reports and coordinate test artifacts.
• Conduct automation testing and guide automation team members, troubleshooting scripts using Java/VBScript, C/C++, Selenium, or other frameworks.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience of 10+ Years in IT, supporting development platforms and business applications.

Additional Requirements

• 100% onsite work.
• 84 months experience as lead or senior tester with industry-leading test tools.
• 84 months creating SQL queries.
• 84 months working with Java/VBScript, Selenium, C/C++.
• 60 months testing HL7 FHIR resources and APIs.
• 36 months supporting Agile testing.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer science.
