Job Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end testing of ETL processes ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity during migrations and enhancements.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases focused on validating data pipelines and load processes.
• Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure correct transformation and loading across source and target systems.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve data-related issues in collaboration with development teams.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and business users to gather test requirements and communicate progress and issues effectively.
• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts using Python to improve test efficiency and coverage.
• Review existing ETL workflows (including Pentaho and custom Python frameworks) to suggest and implement enhancements.
• Provide mentorship to junior ETL testers and ensure adherence to testing best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance overall test process maturity and efficiency.
