Job summary

Ruxlo LLC is a data-driven real estate platform building map-based web and mobile experiences with AI-assisted search. We are seeking a software engineer who will own quality, automation, and testing strategy from day one, not a traditional QA role.

You’ll create the first automated coverage, integrate tests into CI/CD, and drive end-to-end validation across data pipelines, APIs, backend services, and frontend systems, including AI features.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a software engineer with a fullstack mindset
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on in unit/integration/end-to-end testing
• Formal QA experience and a QA-as-code mindset
• Fluency with modern test tooling (Playwright/Cypress, API testing)
• Experience with AI-native testing approaches

Responsibilities

• Build the first automated coverage across data pipelines, APIs, backend, and frontend
• Own quality as code across the stack and automate AI features testing
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines as release gates
• Design evals for AI-assisted search and agent-driven features
• Set testing standards and patterns for the team to adopt
