Job summary

C.H. Robinson Worldwide is seeking a Senior Automation Solutions Developer to lead automation initiatives across the organization.

You will design and implement scalable solutions using APIs, Microsoft Power Platform, and enterprise technologies to improve operational efficiency and user experience. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, translate requirements into repeatable automation, and deliver data-driven results that drive measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience in reporting analytics and data (SQL).
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript or similar languages.
• Experience developing automation using Power Platform, UiPath or similar tools.
• Up to 5% travel domestically or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation initiatives from concept through implementation.
