Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Controls Engineering; 7+ years in manufacturing automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation initiatives as the Danvers site representative; drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.
• Manage automation roadmap and project pipeline to support site objectives and future growth.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging automation technologies; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
