Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with fewer years.
• Experience programming and troubleshooting PLCs (Allen Bradley) and HMIs (Allen Bradley).
• Experience with Cognex In-Sight, VisionPro and Keyence vision systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to engineers, suppliers, and integrators for automation solutions.
• Design, develop, implement, and support control systems for manufacturing equipment and automation.
• Lead integration of PLCs, HMIs, robotics, machine vision, and industrial networks.
• Develop controls architectures and software to support new equipment and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot complex automation issues and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and quality.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, and Operations on NPI and scale-up.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
