• XML and Python used to define automated steps and hardware execution.

Responsibilities

• Automate protocol generation, simulation, debugging and test suites with AI tooling.
• Automate and optimize complex workflows from sample prep to sequencing.
• Test scripts and validate system performance with analytical equipment and data pipelines.
• Contribute to architecture, design and development of future automation platforms; build test fixtures.
• Lead cross-functional reviews and mentor junior engineers and staff.
