Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, CS, or related field preferred).
• 7–10 years of experience in automation within manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Support capital projects from concept through execution, including requirements gathering, vendor coordination, and project delivery.
• Provide technical leadership in PLC programming, HMI systems, and automation standards.
• Develop and maintain automation documentation, including electrical diagrams, P&IDs, and control logic.
• Support process data collection, reporting systems, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope and budget.
• Troubleshoot and optimize automation systems to improve reliability and performance.
• Mentor team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.
