U.S. Bank is seeking a Software Engineering Manager 3 (Automation Delivery) to lead a team of Automation Engineers delivering enterprise RPA and workflow automation solutions.

You will own end-to-end delivery lifecycle, align roadmaps with stakeholders, and drive standards, governance, and production excellence. The role requires strong leadership, deep automation platforms experience (Power Automate Desktop Unattended, Automation Anywhere), and a track record of delivering secure, scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Six to eight years of relevant technical experience.
• Five or more years of leading a software engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Automation Engineers supporting enterprise RPA and workflow automation solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of automation initiatives, from intake and design through deployment and production support.
• Drive prioritization and execution of automation portfolios to maximize business value, operational efficiency, and delivery capacity.
• Provide technical leadership for automation platforms (Power Automate Desktop Unattended, Automation Anywhere).
• Establish and enforce engineering standards, solution governance, code quality, testing strategies, and deployment best practices.
• Partner with stakeholders to define automation roadmaps and modernization strategies.
• Ensure compliance with security, risk, audit, regulatory and change management in a regulated environment.
