Job summary

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Senior Automation Solutions Developer to lead automation initiatives that transform how work gets done.

You will design and implement scalable solutions using APIs, Microsoft Power Platform, and enterprise technologies to improve efficiency and user experience. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and deliver data-driven solutions with measurable impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum 5 years of professional experience
Experience with reporting analytics and data (SQL)
Previous programming experience; designing technical solutions
Experience developing with Python, Auto Hotkey, JavaScript, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, SQL

Responsibilities

Lead automation initiatives from concept through implementation, delivering scalable solutions
Design and develop automation solutions leveraging APIs, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Evaluate and implement integrations across business applications and data platforms
Apply expertise in system integrations, API architecture, data structures, and low-code/no-code frameworks
Translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions with measurable outcomes
Partner with developers, analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
Assess feasibility, resources, and technical approach to meet timelines
Use problem-solving to eliminate inefficiencies and improve processes
Ensure solution reliability through testing, monitoring, and governance
Create reusable automation frameworks and best practices
Lead change adoption efforts for sustained impact
Perform other duties as assigned
