Job summary

You will modernize workflows, reduce manual effort, and integrate core business systems using Python, .NET, Docker, and Nomad. You will apply AI-assisted development, work with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio, and build REST APIs while translating business needs into scalable technical designs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years developing enterprise software with Python and .NET.
• 8+ years building and consuming APIs and integrating enterprise systems.
• 5+ years re-engineering manual workflows into automated workflow systems.
• 5+ years collaborating with non-technical stakeholders on technical solution adoption.
• 3+ years developing automated workflows using Power Automate.
• 2+ years developing and optimizing prompts, instructions, and grounding strategies for AI systems.
• 2+ years practicing AI-assisted software development, including prompt-driven programming, code generation, and validation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end workflow automation and intelligent automation solutions that modernize business processes, reduce manual effort, and enable automated decision-making.
• Develop robust software applications using Python and .NET frameworks, leveraging containerized and distributed environments (Docker and Nomad).
• Utilize modern AI-assisted development techniques, including prompt-driven code generation, AI-assisted code reviews, automated testing, and validation of AI-generated code.
• Build scalable automation solutions using enterprise tools, with a focus on Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).
• Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs to connect disparate enterprise platforms, troubleshoot complex technical challenges, and maintain clear technical documentation.
• Partner with business analysts and product leads to translate business demands into secure, scalable, and resilient technical solutions.
• Exercise sound judgment to deliver moderately complex assignments independently with minimal technical supervision.
• Engage with non-technical business partners to evaluate, demo, and drive the adoption of automated technical solutions.
