Job summary

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and support workflow automation that improves processes and integrates enterprise systems.
• Develop server apps with Python and .NET.
• Experience with Docker and Nomad for containerized apps.
• AI-assisted development practices: prompt-driven coding, reviews, testing, and validation of AI outputs.
• Experience building automation solutions using Power Platform systems.
• Building and consuming APIs, integrating systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and documenting technical work.
• Translating business requirements into scalable, secure automation solutions.
• Independently work on moderately complex assignments with limited direction.
• Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders on solution evaluation or adoption.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, document, and support automation solutions that improve business processes, integrate systems, and reduce manual effort.
• Develop workflow automations and custom applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues and maintain technical documentation.
• Occasionally collaborate with business and stakeholders.
• Apply AI-assisted development techniques to accelerate delivery while ensuring quality, security, and maintainability.
