Job summary

Christian Brothers Automotive is seeking a Shop Foreman / Lead Automotive Technician in Hudsonville, MI to oversee workflow and technician performance. You will work with the Service Manager to ensure quality and efficiency, mentor technicians, and drive certification readiness while maintaining safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced shop.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience, ASE A1-A8 certifications with Master L1 preferred, and a passion for guest satisfaction and long-term career

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mec hanic.
• ASE A1-A8 Certifications required; Master L1 preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes/models.

Responsibilities

• Distribute work and manage technician workloads.
• Coach technicians to prepare for certifications.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles as needed.
• Maintain shop safety and cleanliness.
• Monitor shop efficiency and hours reports.
