Christian Brothers Automotive is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman / Lead Technician at our Jamestown location. You will manage workflow, supervise technicians, and ensure quality and efficient service for guest vehicles.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of hands-on experience, strong diagnostic skills, and ASE A1-A8 with Master L1 preferred. This role offers a robust compensation package and opportunities for career growth within a locally owned shop.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE A1-A8 Certifications required, Master L1 preferred.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
• Meet or exceed hourly goals.
• Professional appearance and strong communication.
• A desire for long-term career development.

Responsibilities

• Distribute work to technicians and manage workloads.
• Coach technicians to prepare for certifications.
• Oversee technician progress and safety.
• Train and mentor new technicians.
• Assist with diagnoses and repairs as needed.
• Monitor shop efficiency and hours reports.
• Manage scan tool subscriptions and diagnostics tooling.
