Candidates should have 7+ years as an automotive technician, ASE A1-A8 certifications (Master L1 preferred), excellent diagnostic skills, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as automotive technician or mechanic.
• ASE A1-A8 certifications are required; Master L1 is preferred.
• Strong diagnostic capability and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Distribute work among technicians and oversee workflow.
• Coach technicians to prepare for certifications and improve skills.
• Ensure quality, safety, and efficient service for guest vehicles.
• Manage shop supplies, tools, and keep the area organized.
• Communicate with Service Manager and resolve customer concerns.
