Job summary

EchoPark Centennial is seeking a Lead Technician/Shop Foreman to drive our recon operation and lead a high-performing team. This role focuses on organizing daily shop setup, assigning work, mentoring technicians, and hands-on diagnostics to keep repairs moving efficiently.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of automotive experience with leadership experience, and familiarity with ReconPro/CDK is a plus. Competitive salary with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of automotive technician experience.
• Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• ReconPro and CDK experience preferred, but not required.
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Organize and set up the team each day to ensure success.
• Assign work and keep the shop running efficiently.
• Mentor technicians and develop the team.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles alongside the team as needed.
