Job summary

EchoPark Centennial is seeking an Automotive Shop Foreman/Lead Technician to drive our Recon operation and lead a high-performing team. This role offers a path from technician to leadership, with hands-on vehicle work and mentorship of junior techs.

You will organize the shop, delegate tasks, and help develop staff while maintaining quality and safety. Requires 10+ years of experience and willingness to lead by example.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of automotive technician experience.
• Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• ReconPro and CDK experience preferred, but not required.
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate a team.
• Leads by example and isn't afraid to turn wrenches.
