Job summary

EchoPark Centennial is seeking a Lead Technician/Shop Foreman to guide our recon operation and mentor a growing team. This role blends hands-on repair with people leadership, driving efficiency and quality in a busy shop.

You will organize daily workflow, assign tasks, and develop technicians while diagnosing vehicles alongside the crew. If you lead by example and value a great shop culture, we want to talk to you.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of automotive technician experience.
• Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• ReconPro and CDK experience preferred, but not required.
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate a team.
• Leads by example and isn't afraid to jump in and turn wrenches.

Responsibilities

• Organize and set up the team each day for success.
• Assign work and keep the shop running efficiently.
• Help develop and mentor technicians.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles alongside your team when needed.
• Be a leader that motivates others while still being hands-on.
