Crash Champions is seeking a skilled collision repair professional to inspect damaged vehicles, plan and execute repairs, and maintain high quality and on-time performance. You will work with a team to assess repair vs replacement, manage access to vehicle areas, and mentor an apprentice as needed.

The role emphasizes frame machine operation, adherence to manufacturer repair processes, and maintaining safety through regular meetings and proper tool usage in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Ability to use a frame machine and perform vehicle repairs per manufacturer specifications.
• I-CAR welding certification and knowledge of repair data interpretation are required.
• Experience supervising repair personnel is preferred.
• Must be able to pass a thorough background check.
