Job summary

Crash Champions is a fast-growing, founder-led collision repair leader operating 650+ locations across 38 states, including the CRASH CHAMPIONS LUXE EV Certified centers. We repair insured vehicles with a people-first approach.

This on-site role offers competitive commission/flag pay and a comprehensive benefits package. You will inspect damaged vehicles, plan repairs, and guide technicians to ensure safe, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Experience with auto body repair and frame alignment.
• Certification in body repair preferred; I-CAR welding preferred.
• Ability to supervise apprentices and communicate repair plans.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Communicates repair status with team.
• Performs quality repairs and maintains on-time status.
• Decide on repair vs. replace based on safety, cost, cycle time.
• Removes upholstery, hardware, wiring to access areas.
• Participates in safety meetings.
• Files, grinds, sands repaired surfaces with tools.
• Directs an apprentice and explains procedures.
