Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise audio/visual technologies.
• Experience delivering white-glove support to executive leadership.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across events and meetings.
• Strong documentation, training, and knowledge-transfer skills.
• Experience with conference room systems and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site AV technician and escalation point for complex conference rooms and events.
• Coordinate daily AV activities among technicians, facilities, and vendors.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for AV incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Mentor AV/Desktop Support staff and deliver ongoing in-service training.
• Support enterprise AV systems, meeting rooms, and hybrid events end-to-end.
