Qualifications

  • Three years of audio visual experience.
  • Experience wiring AV systems.
  • Experience planning events related to AV needs.
  • Strong IT fundamentals.
  • Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Survey, design, install, and test AV hardware/software.
  • Research and develop emerging AV technologies.
  • Lead event planning meetings and client walk-throughs with the sales team.
  • Prepare AV operational budget for review.
  • Conduct pre-event tests and verify equipment per BEO orders.
  • Monitor audio and video quality during events.
  • Devise solutions for complex customer problems.
  • Handle setup and teardown for onsite and offsite activities.
  • Maintain RF-IP video network across the property.
  • Provide end-user support for scheduling software and web applications.
  • Maintain LCD, DLP, LED displays and projectors.
  • Ensure flexible and dynamic audio delivery across property.
  • Collaborate with entertainment scheduling and vendor coordination.
  • Build and maintain freelancer labor pool contact list.
