Responsibilities

Oversee Marketing Ambassador assignments with clear objectives and schedules.
Lead promotional activities: drawings, giveaways, entertainment and free play.
Coordinate with Marketing and Gaming departments for events and promotions.
Train and supervise the Marketing Ambassador team and maintain procedures.
Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain high service standards.
