Job summary

Solotech Nashville is seeking an Audio Manager to lead the live productions audio team in our Nashville office. You will oversee the department's daily activities, coordinate equipment, and ensure high-quality sound for events.

The role requires strong leadership, 8+ years in live events and 3+ years managing teams, plus proficiency with audio systems and inventory tools. Availability evenings/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the live events industry.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to coach a team.
• Ability to update and implement processes and procedures.
• Strong scheduling, organization and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize the daily activities of the department and prioritize technicians’ tasks.
• Manage, support and coach the warehouse audio team in their daily management of equipment.
• Ensure the technical resources management; pieces and necessary material in order to repair, inspect, prepare and maintain the equipment.
• Ensure the optimal inventory management, follow-up on missing and damaged equipment.
• Follow up on the return of all sub-rented equipment.
• Coordinate the scheduling and maintenance of equipment.
• Coaching and training direct reports on policies and procedures of the department and company.
• Monitor the quality of work executed according to Solotech’s standards.
