Job summary

NEP Group seeks a Senior Systems Engineer – Audio & Intercom to design, deploy, and support complex live production systems for sports, entertainment, and events. You will handle audio, intercom, IP networking, and control systems across challenging environments.

You will lead deployments, trouble‑shoot issues on major productions, and mentor engineers while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, technology, or broadcast domains.
• Proven ability to read, create, and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• Extensive experience designing, integrating, and commissioning live production systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, integration, deployment, commissioning, and support of audio, intercom, and media systems for live productions.
• Lead or support shop builds, system staging, testing, deployment, and on-site operation.
• Provide technical leadership and client-facing troubleshooting during major events.
• Collaborate with video, network, RF, fiber, and control disciplines to ensure end-to-end performance.
• Develop test plans, validate systems, and perform redundancy testing.
