Job summary

Resolution Think, LLC is seeking a full-time Lead Athletic Trainer to join our team at Fort Wainwright, Alaska. The AT will optimize soldier readiness and performance, serving as the brigade AT and advisor within the Holistic Health and Fitness Performance Team.

The role includes education/planning aligned with battalion training, basic acute care, injury control, and performance optimization. Requires Master’s degree in Athletic Training and a CAATE-accredited credential, with five years of

Master's degree in Athletic Training or related field required.
Unrestricted state license/registration/certification to practice Athletic Training.
Five years of relevant Athletic Training work experience with military, sports, or occupational health settings.

Responsibilities

Lead as Brigade Athletic Trainer and advisor on basic acute care, injury control, and performance optimization.
Coordinate with H2F team to support unit development and training in physical domain.
Ensure education and guidance is synchronized with Brigade training calendar and schedules.
Prepare and present reports and participate in meetings with Brigade leadership.
Deliver forward MSK care, injury prevention, and performance optimization across settings and populations.
