Job Summary: This is a premier opportunity for an experienced Athletic Trainer to serve the Penn State Scranton Lions athletic department. Key Responsibilities

• Serving as the primary on‑site expert for injury prevention, evaluation, and rehabilitation for all teams.
• Managing concussion care and leading preventative/risk reduction initiatives.
• Acting as the crucial liaison & coordination point between all stakeholders: school administration, local physicians, coaches, and student‑athletes.
• Collaborating with site administrators on compliance, medically eligible athlete lists, and contributing to administrative logistics (EAPs, supply inventory).
• Mentoring and serving as a positive role model for student‑athlete health and wellbeing.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Athletic Training.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of collegiate experience is strongly preferred.
