Job summary

The role requires basic grounds experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a VDACS Registered Technician within six months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to become a VDACS Registered Technician within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead the athletics maintenance team and perform sports field tasks for 28 acres.
• Manage fertilization, pesticide applications, seeding, sodding, aerification, turf establishment, irrigation, and turf repair.
• Oversee athletic field layout, line and logo painting, and landscape bed maintenance.
