Job summary

Princeton10, LLP is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Social Analytics to lead our analytics team and translate complex data into actionable insights for clients in a fast-paced environment. You will shape our practice by developing talent, scalable processes, and delivering strategic recommendations in collaboration with Client Services and technical teams.

The role is fully remote in the United States with travel up to 5% to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 9+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience leading analytics teams.
• Proven success leading analytics teams in an agency, consulting, or similar fast-paced professional services environment.
• Familiarity with social listening tools.
• Experience with digital analytics tools (GA, GTM, Looker/Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Build trusted client relationships by acting as a strategic analytics partner and translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Client Services and technical teams to deliver integrated analytics solutions aligned with client goals.
• Present insights and recommendations to help clients understand performance and drive data-driven decisions.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client partnerships and contribute to account growth.
• Develop measurement strategies, reporting frameworks, and performance insights for clients.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on analytics work and guide complex client challenges.
• Drive innovation by automating reporting and scaling analytics capabilities.
• Champion data quality, reporting consistency, and operational excellence.
