Job summary

Princeton10, LLP is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Social Analytics to lead our analytics team and translate complex data into actionable business decisions.

You will partner with Client Services and technical teams to deliver integrated analytics and build strong client relationships, reporting to the Head of Marketing Analytics. The role is fully remote within the United States with up to 5% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 9+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven success leading analytics teams in a fast-paced professional services environment.
• Familiarity with social listening tools and digital analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analytics team and develop talent, scalable processes, and strategic insights.
• Partner with Client Services and technical teams to deliver integrated analytics solutions.
• Present insights to clients and drive data-driven decisions and opportunities for growth.
• Own performance, resource planning, workload management, and delivery process improvements.
