Princeton10 is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Social Analytics to lead our analytics team and shape our practice. You will partner with Client Services and technical teams to deliver integrated analytics solutions, translate complex data into clear recommendations, and help clients achieve data-driven growth.

The role emphasizes talent development, scalable processes, and high-quality deliverables, with remote work in the United States and travel to client sites up to 5%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 9 years of relevant experience.
• Proven success leading analytics teams in an agency, consulting, or other fast-paced professional services environment.
• Familiarity with social listening tools.
• Strong ability to communicate complex data through compelling storytelling and build trusted client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with clients by translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Client Services and technical teams to deliver integrated analytics solutions aligned with client goals.
• Present insights and recommendations to help clients understand performance and drive data-driven decisions.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client partnerships and support new business initiatives.
• Develop measurement strategies, reporting frameworks, and performance insights for informed decision-making.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on analytics work and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Drive innovation by automating reporting, improving workflows, and scaling analytics capabilities.
• Champion data quality, reporting consistency, and operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and client value.
• Own the performance, development, and operational success of the analytics team.
• Oversee resource planning, prioritization, workload management, and process improvement.
• Monitor utilization, delivery quality, and profitability while planning staffing and growth.
