Qualifications

• Master's degree in Student Affairs, Education, Social Work, or related field required.
• At least 7 years of progressive leadership at an educational institution required; residential college or university preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in Student Conduct, with experience in alternative resolution processes preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, colleagues, and families and to provide guidance through conduct procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assignment, management, supervision, and approval of investigations and case administration through the student conduct system.
• Manage and supervise alternative resolution processes, including restorative justice initiatives.
• Support the Senior Associate Dean and Director and contribute to office priorities and initiatives.
• Provide guidance to undergraduate, graduate, and medical students through conduct procedures.
• Demonstrate crisis management skills and timely decision-making with integrity.
