Qualifications

• Experience in managing crises effectively and collaboratively.

• Ability to utilize technology and institutional databases in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assign, manage, supervise, and approve investigations and case administration.
• Oversee alternative resolution processes and Restorative Justice initiatives.
• Support the Senior Associate Dean and Director and contribute to office priorities.
• Collaborate with students, families, and staff to navigate conduct procedures.
• Adapt to a dynamic student affairs environment and manage multiple projects.
