Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Student Affairs, Education, Social Work, or related higher education field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership at an educational institution required; residential college/university preferred.
• 4+ years in Student Conduct with experience in alternative resolution processes preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, colleagues, and families through conduct procedures.
• Experience in managing crises effectively and collaboratively.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet tight timelines in a project-based environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assignment, management, supervision, and approval of investigations and case administration in the student conduct system.
• Manage and supervise alternative resolution processes and restorative justice initiatives.
• Support the Senior Associate Dean and Director in setting office direction and priorities.
• Collaborate with students, colleagues, and families to advise and support across undergraduate, graduate, and medical student populations.
• Handle crises with a calm, professional, and proactive approach.
• Utilize technology and institutional databases for records documentation.
