You will take ownership to solve problems, guide others, and ensure duties, inventory, and financials are managed with a customer‑focused mindset.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability for food safety and quality, and maintaining a safe environment for staff and guests. 50‑hour work weeks are common in this position.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 50‑hour work week.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts.
• Ensure team members complete assigned duties, manage inventory and financial accountability.
• Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers and deliver safe, quality food.
