Job summary

Ironclad Environmental Solutions is seeking an Asset Maintenance Tech II in the United States. The role involves performing complex mechanical and electrical repairs, supervising inventory processes, and ensuring rental-ready equipment.

You will mentor junior technicians, handle work orders with parts and labor records, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in equipment maintenance or related field.
• Experience with inventory control and cycle counts.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Welding experience preferred.
• Forklift certification within 90 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in the rental/pump industry strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex mechanical and electrical repairs on rental equipment to keep units rental-ready.
• Lead inventory control, cycle counts, and adjustments.
• Inspect equipment for quality and document check sheets.
• Manage work orders, recording parts and labor.
• Conduct advanced diagnostics and troubleshoot issues.
• Operate forklift as needed.
• Mentor and train junior technicians on maintenance and safety.
• Occasionally deliver or pick up equipment from customer locations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations.
• Deliver or pick up berms from customers.
