• Ability to use measurement tools (e.g., tape measure, calipers).

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a crew of 4–6 to meet Fab-Tech production, safety, maintenance, and quality objectives.
• Organize product by priority using lean methodologies to meet production requirements.
• Coordinate with scheduling to meet fast-track jobs.
• Train staff to follow work instructions and quality standards.
• Ensure output matches customer orders and complies with safety/environmental procedures.
• Mentor employees and support their professional development.
