Toptech Systems is a global industry leader in automation and data management services. All of our hardware and software products are designed in-house, allowing us to provide excellent customer service to our clients at all levels of the supply chain.
In addition to assembly, helps with training Assembler employees and contractors. Tests and inspects fabricated items, maintaining high quality standards. Works with the Production Manager to come up with creative solutions to problems. Helps monitor inventory and assists with production planning.

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate:
High school diploma or GED, or five years’ related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination. Preferably, a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related field, including 3 years with Toptech product assembly.
Regularly required to sit; use hands; stand, walk, reach; occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch. Frequently lift/move up to 20 pounds; occasionally lift/move over 60 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. May be exposed to moving mechanical parts, wet/humid conditions, fumes, airborne particles, and hazardous materials.
