APAC-Kansas, Inc., Shears Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking an Asphalt Plant Foreperson to oversee all aspects of our asphalt manufacturing facility in Kansas. You will lead production, champion safety, and manage teams to deliver quality products.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate schedules, maintenance, and supplier relationships. Travel and occasional night/weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in asphalt production and plant operations.
• Strong leadership and safety management skills.
• Ability to analyze production data and optimize schedules.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Lead asphalt manufacturing operations and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Develop production plans and schedule maintenance activities.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and procurement within budget.
• Coach and mentor production teams toward continuous improvement.
• Monitor equipment and process performance to maximize profitability.
• Ensure timely, high-quality product delivery to clients.
