Qualifications

• Previous experience with Asphalt Plant Operations.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the asphalt plant industry.
• Strong mechanical and electrical experience and skills.
• Dependable, on-time daily attendance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience working closely within a team of co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise plant activities and coordinate with foreman.
• Document daily safety meetings and support skill development.
• Use production schedules to ensure timely asphalt production.
• Monitor processes and adjust for optimal performance.
• Enforce quality control procedures for hot mix asphalt.
• Inspect equipment and coordinate maintenance with foreman.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Track inventory of raw materials and supplies.
• Maintain production and safety records.
