Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Asphalt Paving Superintendent in Pensacola, FL, to lead multiple paving crews, organize schedules, manage materials, and direct field personnel on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements include 5+ years in asphalt paving, DOT/municipal experience preferred, mentorship of foremen, and handling projects from 50K to 20M. Relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Asphalt Paving with stable work history.
• DOT, County, and Municipal project experience preferred.
• Ability to train and mentor foreman and crew members.
• Experience managing projects from $50K to $20M.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site work for several paving crews and provide daily leadership to foremen and crews.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise scheduling, material control and field direction.
• Direct day-to-day activities of field personnel to ensure project progress.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to maintain project scope and timelines.

An Asphalt Paving company is actively seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their team. The Superintendent will arrange the work of several paving crews and provide on-site leadership to foreman and crews. The Superintendent plans, coordinates, and supervises onsite functions including scheduling, material control, and day-to-day direction of field personnel.
