Job summary

gpac is seeking a Civil Superintendent for a civil construction project. The role provides on-site leadership to foremen and crews, plans and coordinates on-site functions including scheduling, material control, and day-to-day direction of field personnel.

Ideal candidates will have a track record of safety and team leadership, with heavy civil experience in earthwork and underground utilities, and strong communication skills to keep projects moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience leading civil construction crews.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specs and drawings.
• Strong supervisory skills over foremen, subcontractors and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate on-site activities for civil projects.
• Schedule, resource planning and day-to-day direction of field personnel.
• Oversee safety, quality, and timely completion of work.
