APAC Central Inc. seeks an Asphalt Paving Foreperson to lead a skilled paving crew, ensuring safety, quality, and on-schedule project delivery.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership, decision-making, and a proven track record in asphalt construction. You will supervise daily operations, coordinate with site teams, and uphold company safety standards while driving performance and efficiency on diverse highway projects in the region.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in asphalt construction or related field, including team leadership.
• Valid driver’s license; pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise paving crew and guide daily production decisions.
• Lead, motivate and delegate tasks to crew; ensure safety and quality.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA/MSHA safety policies.
• Assist with site setup, traffic control and logistics.
• Make independent decisions to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate hands-on with equipment and operational tasks.
