CRH's APAC-Atlantic is seeking an experienced crew supervisor in Savannah, GA to lead asphalt paving operations on private and commercial projects. You will ensure safety, manage crew activities, monitor production, and maintain records to meet contracts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of asphalt and paving experience.
• Experience in private/commercial paving; MOТ training is a plus.
• Ability to perform basic math and read/simple instructions.
• Ability to read, understand memos and use basic databases.
• Ability to operate equipment safely.
• Maintain time and material records.
• Follow verbal and written instructions; communicate effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health & Safety standards are met and promote a safe work environment.
• Ensure crew safety and public safety around the job site.
• Maintain high standards of quality for completed work.
• Train new crew members.
• Calculate trucks needed for material hauling and plan logistics.
• Tour job sites to monitor progress and verify compliance with contracts.
• Supervise crew activities and estimate workloads.
• Maintain daily job costing records.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Suggest improvements to methods, equipment, and productivity.
